28.10.2026 - Winter timetable of the water tankers
From 2 November the tankers come to Kara-Jar on Monday and Thursday, to Tash-Kyya on Tuesday and Friday and to Chong-Say on Wednesday, 9:00-12:00. If the road is iced, the tanker waits at the end of the paved road.

26.10.2026 - City Hall joins the Urban Resilience Coalition
The City Hall takes part, as an associate member, in the technical work of the Urban Resilience Coalition of Central Asia on mudflows, floods and heating readiness.

15.10.2026 - Heating in the Lower Town
Heating of the Soviet blocks of the Lower Town began on 15 October. Coal for families in need: applications to the Department of Social Affairs until 30 November.

27.08.2026 - Thank you, volunteers!
The Feast of St. Janyl passed without serious incidents. The tankers gave out 410 tonnes of water. 1,260 pilgrims were helped in the first-aid tents. The Mayor thanks the volunteers, the polyclinic and the Order of St. Janyl.

The sirens were tested and 300 residents went down to the road in 9 minutes. Learn the signal: long siren = go down to the road.

About 160,000 pilgrims came to the city. The new parking field by the fourth bridge was used for the first time.
