Water Tankers for Jogorku

The upper quarters have no water mains. City Hall water tankers come to the standpipe points on fixed days. Please bring your own containers.

Mudflow Warning

In spring and after heavy rain, mudflows can come down the slopes above the southern districts and the Naryn. Long siren = leave your house and go down to the road. Do not go back for things. Remember Tash-Kyya, 2019.

Since October 2026 the City Hall takes part, as an associate member, in the technical work of the Urban Resilience Coalition of Central Asia on mudflows, floods and heating readiness.

Rubbish

Lower Town: every day except Sunday, before 9:00. Cathedral Hill: Tuesday and Friday. Shahr-i Khunuk: Wednesday. In Jogorku, use the containers at the end of the paved road.

Heating

Heating in the Soviet blocks of the Lower Town from 15 October. Coal for families in need: apply to the Department of Social Affairs with a certificate from your quarter committee.
